I supported a CEO friend who is not a videographer to practise and build his confidence shooting on his iphone. He captured moments from my trip to Dubai and I did the edit.
The video got strong engagement on Linkedin and was a great way to showcase a different part of my interests - my audience hadn’t realised I was sporty prior to this!

Comic Relief: On Camera warmth & Personality
Shot for Comic Relief’s Sports Relief by one of our videographers, this sample shows simple social editing and bringing out warmth and personality on camera.
Coffee Culture
Shot on location using natural lighting, this video has a few shots that show tasteful culture shots that can work for lifestyle too. We were also chosen as the video team to film King Charles’ visit to Oxford.
Sports & Fitness Experience
We’ve worked with a range of fitness businesses and organisations including Sainsbury’s School Games, Sports Relief and this video shot by one of our freelancers for Avigo. It’s a bit corporate for my taste and the sunlight wasn’t favourable, however, you’ll see a few shots of some yoga etc that are useful samples.
Directing Non Actors
I lead a 1 day workshop with this group of students who had never presented or spoken on camera before. I supported them to write the script and work on camera for the first time.
The video got the charity 30,000 views (with an audience of just 1000), plenty of new followers and a significant increase in regular donations.
It was also one of a series of videos that I produced and directed for the charity, which helped them to win Zimbabwean Community Organisation of the Year.
Coaching Corporates & Individuals
This tongue and cheek video was made to convert clients for our Shoot Smart: Smartphone Training For Businesses course. So far it has given us 4 x ROI and is evergreen, so will continue to make sales for us. It has helped us to gain 7 clients and develop our pipeline. Although not a match for your style, hopefully you may find some of the tips useful!
