  • How to build your core in day-to-day activities (My core is as strong from pilates and day to day as lifting really heavy weights, see day 2 video)

  • The “dancing in the kitchen” “building cushion forts” and trampolining and “core in everyday life” examples are fantastic - let’s develop this into a dedicated joyful video idea (we could come up with 10 quick clips of different activities for core with kids, add in some comedy of you doing a pushup with one sat on you reading a book)…
